Before you book
How do you calculate our renovation quote?
We carry out a thorough in-person survey of your property, measure the rooms accurately, and produce an itemised written quote. The price covers trade labour, core materials like C24 timber and plaster, and waste clearance with zero hidden extras.
How does payment work for our project?
We take an initial deposit for materials once dates are agreed, followed by stage payments as key milestones are checked. The final balance is paid strictly via direct bank transfer or cash upon completion once you have walked through the home.
What happens if we spot a defect after you finish?
We include a 30-day snagging window on all our domestic projects. If a door settles or a plaster line needs touch-up work within 30 days of completion, our lead builder visits and rectifies it without fuss.
Can we stay in our home while the work takes place?
Yes, depending on the scale of the build. For phased renovations, we seal off the working area with dust barriers, lay protective floor coverings, and keep your primary living zones functional.
Our quality commitment
We stand behind the work we carry out in your home. If any fitting, join, or plaster finish does not meet what we agreed in your quote, we return and put it right promptly without fuss or extra labour charges.
