How prices are set

Final project prices are agreed in writing following an in-person site survey. Our quote clearly details labour, trade materials, disposal costs, and agreed fixtures.

Payment methods

You can pay us in cash once the work is finished, or via direct bank transfer against the invoice. We never ask for or save card details on this website.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued on completion for standard jobs, or in written milestone stages for larger multi-week refurbishments. Each invoice lists completed tasks clearly, and payment terms are within seven calendar days of invoice date.

Deposits and materials

For standard small-to-medium tasks, we do not require upfront deposits. On larger projects requiring dedicated ordered materials, such as custom structural steels or complete bathroom suites, we may ask for a material deposit of up to twenty percent before starting.

Late payment

Overdue invoices not settled within fourteen calendar days of the due date may incur a late administration charge of twenty-five pounds plus statutory interest under UK commercial law.
