Can we live in the house while the work happens?
For full renovations, it is usually much more comfortable to stay elsewhere while messy trades are active, though we can phase the work room by room if staying put is your only option.
Do you arrange skips and permits?
Yes, we book skip hire and arrange parking suspensions or council permits for skips placed on the street outside your home.
How do you handle unexpected problems behind old walls?
If we open up a wall and find damp, dated wiring, or dodgy past repairs, we stop, explain the situation to you directly, and agree on a practical fix before spending money.
